ES Chart Analysis

Currently, the market is in the middle of yesterday's range. Minor movements have kept the activity flat and uneventful.

  • London Session: Positioned within the Asia session, an unusual occurrence.
  • Overnight Trend Line: Limited activity with liquidity pools nearby.

Strategy:

  • Avoid trading in the middle range; focus on edge trades where reactions provide better opportunities.
  • Look for liquidity grabs at session highs or lows for potential setups.

Scenario Planning

  • Upside Scenario: Price moves higher, grabs liquidity, and reverses back into the range.
  • Downside Scenario: Price moves lower, clears liquidity, then reverses upward for a potential rally.
