Good morning, everyone! Welcome to the AM briefing for Monday, January 13th, kicking off the first full week in several weeks.

ES Chart Update – Where Are We?

We’ve seen two consecutive years with 20% gains. Research by Ryan Dietrich suggests an 80% probability of another up year, but as day traders, we focus on trading levels as they develop.

    • The market is in a strong downtrend with multiple trend line convergences around 5770-5740.
    • Bulls are guilty until proven innocent.
  • Key Levels for Today:
    • Strong Levels: Published in version 1.13 (January 13th). Rare mid-week updates, but will adjust if necessary.
    • Overnight Session: 60 points (3x normal size).
  • Trade Scenarios:
