all right I hope you had a good morning

I took one trade made 10 points I went

short here at

0875 somewhere right in there and went

for 10 points and made 10 points if i'

have been a little more aggressive I

could have made 20 but I took my 10

point as the first trade of the week and

I'm done we had three eighto candles

according to our core strategy system

that's when you should stop trading and

that's what I recommended to my Traders

now we did watch from this so this is a

top of a range we have on our chart okay

for us for me that's another strong

range and we were looking for evidence

of lading up here and um didn't have a

clear entry I would have went long in

here had I had that we were down all the

way down to a 30 second chart one minute

chart um one of my Traders missed entry

by a tick to go long um somewhere in

this Zone here and now we came back to

this bull bear Zone as you can tell

that's been

a a level for sure that has been in play

the whole night finally fair value

gapped through it we just came back and

retested it we bounced off the top of

this range and bounced off this bull

bear range and so I officially done for

the morning I told the Traders if we got

back over the bull bear Zone I'd be

interested in looking for another long I

was looking for Longs down here just

couldn't get in I didn't have the right

setup and I'm not just going to go long

because I think it's going to go up I

only go long because I have a level that

I can defend to my Traders hope you had
