Balance in Trading: Balanced Market vs Trend Day on ES Futures

Battle Plan · SITREP Report · Free Course · Trading Library Become A Member Balance and imbalance… the two states every ES futures chart lives in, taught from George’s live sessions. Balance in trading means the market has agreed on price. Buyers and sellers keep doing business in the same zone, price rotates between a high edge and a low edge, and neither side forces a move. Imbalance is the opposite condition… one side takes control and price trends until it finds enough opposing orders to stop it. Learn to tell the two apart and the whole chart starts making sense. Trend days are the exception George’s numbers from the live sessions: only about 10% of days trend . The rest lean toward balance… the market takes out a low, takes out a high, and finishes near the point of control. Plan for balance, treat the trend day as the rare event, and you read the market correctly far more often than the trader hunting a runaway move every morning. How Georg...

Futures Rollover Dates 2026: The ES, MES, NQ & MNQ Roll Calendar

Battle Plan · SITREP Report · Free Course · Trading Library Become A Member When do futures contracts roll over? Here are the exact dates… and how George trades the squirrelly week around them. ES, MES, NQ and MNQ all follow the same CME equity-index quarterly cycle… March, June, September, December. Each contract expires on the third Friday of its month, and volume shifts to the new contract on the roll date, the Thursday about eight days before expiration. One calendar covers all four… the MES micro E-mini rolls with the full-size ES, and MNQ rolls with NQ, on the very same day. The next four rollover dates September 2026 … rolls Thursday, Sep 10, 2026 … expires Friday, Sep 18, 2026 December 2026 … rolls Thursday, Dec 10, 2026 … expires Friday, Dec 18, 2026 March 2027 … rolls Thursday, Mar 11, 2027 … expires Friday, Mar 19, 2027 June 2027 … rolls Thursday, Jun 10, 2027 … expires Friday, Jun 18, 2027 ...

Never Add to a Losing Trade

Image
Battle Plan · SITREP Report · Free Course · Trading Library Become A Member The one rule George drills harder than any other… because adding contracts to a loser halves your distance to a blown account. From the free MicrosTrader Trading Library … 140 lessons mined from 1,042 live ES and MES futures sessions taught since 2018. Never add to a losing trade. When a trade goes against you in ES E-mini futures, the instinct is to buy more and lower your average price. Do not. Adding contracts to a loser stacks leverage on a position that is already wrong and shrinks the room you have left before your account is done. This is the line in the sand. It is the number one path to ruin. This page gathers everything George teaches about the rule across hundreds of hours of live ES and MES micro futures trading… the math that makes averaging down so deadly, the sister rule about never widening a stop, and how George keeps himself from breaking either one when a trade turns ugly. “...
