ES & MES Futures Trade Plan #343
Battle Plan
Where To Go Long... Where To Go Short.
ES & MES FUTURES TRADE PLAN #343
TODAY'S REVIEW: ES FUTURES
Tuesday Battle Plan Trades
Three Battle Plans fired!
What a difference one day can make.
Stay patient, my friend. There's always another high-probability trade around the corner.
And as a group... we wait together.
For Battle Plan 2️⃣, I included this critical note: "Of course, you don't have to engage in either Battle Plan 1️⃣ or Battle Plan 2️⃣." That was clear permission to skip the 7575 level trade. I mapped a long and a short off of it. Both developed. Both paid. And if you wanted something fresh instead, Battle Plan 3️⃣ was waiting.
In Battle Plan 3️⃣, I added one more note: "I would not be afraid to engage in price here."
That's as close to an invitation as I could give you.
Battle Plan 1️⃣
3 points of heat.
Then, nearly a 10-point run.
If you were aggressive and burning the midnight oil, this trade idea offered several long opportunities.
The 7575 was the most important level, as mentioned in Battle Plan 2️⃣ Notes. Very tricky.
Battle Plan 2️⃣
🔥 40 Points Captured. Almost a 50-pointer.
I took this trade early last night and held a lotto runner… full breakdown in the video above.
Missed it? Oh well. It matters not.
The market deals a fresh hand every single session.
Another high-probability trade waits around the corner… and it lands at the next Battle Plan location.
Wait for it.
Successful trading is mostly... waiting.
Battle Plan 3️⃣
Battle Plan 2️⃣ made it to the target, where we landed at Battle Plan 3️⃣, looking for the turnaround long trade.
As noted in the video above, if you didn't want to trade Battle Plan 1️⃣ or Battle Plan 2️⃣, you had to wait for the next Battle Plan trade location… Battle Plan 3️⃣.
We made it.
I switched my focus from shorts to longs.
"I would not be afraid to engage in price here," I noted in the Battle Plan last night.
Multiple traders did very well on their longs, including spectators on YouTube.
The turnaround trade is a trade we do very, very well in our group.
It wasn't the cleanest, most beautiful, to-the-tick exacting trade BUT we were looking for the right trade in the right trade location.
If you keep looking for the right trade in the right trade location, the odds of success shoot through the roof.
Not Too Shabby... ES Short Setup & ES Long Setup
Two questions. Every single night.
Where do we want to go long? Where do we want to go short?
Answer them before the open… and days like today are a pure pleasure to trade.
🔥 40 points down.
🔥 30 points up.
70 points of movement, mapped the night before.
This is what we do.
Tip of the Day
Tip #1
If you don't like where price is, just wait.
The market deals a fresh hand every single session. Stay patient and price will most certainly arrive at a new location… fresh opportunity, fresh levels.
Need evidence? I present Battle Plan 3️⃣.
Patience is the most critical ingredient in the recipe for creating a successful trader.
Tip #2
From Scott: "Don't trade from your phone at the doctor's office. I didn't, but I sure wanted to 😂"
My reply… "I think I have a t-shirt I could pull out of the closet from a few years ago."
That IS a good tip!

Scoreboard
Points Accumulated This Week:
Battle Plan: 80+
🔥40+point short
🔥10-pointer long
🔥 30-pointer long
Zoom: 30+
🔥 It's a little difficult to count the number of points accrued on Zoom today. We talked about an aggressive short off the opening, but you would have had to survive a double tap. We waited for Battle Plan 3️⃣ to get long, and there were a couple of opportunities to be up 10+ points, 30+ points if you held a lotto runner.
Core Strategy: 60+ (For Full Members)
🔥 30+ point break level long. Nice trade JackyL!
🔥 30-point backside short.
Reversal Box... Late in the session, we got a reversal box. If you're a full member and have not studied Reversal Box, go check that training.

COMMON QUESTIONS FOR ES FUTURES TRADERS
What is a Battle Plan in ES futures trading?
A: A Battle Plan is a pre-mapped trade location on the ES and MES futures chart, posted the night before the session. Each one answers two questions... where do we want to go long, and where do we want to go short? Answer those before the open and the trading day becomes far simpler. In this plan, three Battle Plans fired and mapped roughly 70 points of movement... 40 points down and 30 points up... all planned the night before.
What is the Bull Bear Strong Level?
A: The Bull Bear Strong Level, also called the Bull Bear Line, is the single most important price on the map. It divides bullish control from bearish control. This week that line is 7513. Below it, shorts have the edge and we should get a nice move down. Reclaim it and continue the ladder, and longs take over. In this plan, the Bull Bear Line sits between Battle Plan 2 and Battle Plan 3, which is exactly why those locations matter so much.
What is a Strong Level?
A: A Strong Level is a price area where the market has repeatedly proven it will react... a level strong enough to plan trades around. 7520 is a good example. It has been a critical level for two weeks. When price loses a Strong Level and then reclaims it, that reclaim often traps traders on the wrong side and fuels the next move. That is the setup behind the trap-the-trader long in Battle Plan 4... a reclaim of Strong Levels off Thursday's low.
What is the Core Strategy?
A: The Core Strategy is the members-only trading system taught inside Micros Trader for full members. It runs alongside the nightly Battle Plan levels with its own defined setups... break level longs, backside shorts, and the Reversal Box. This session the Core Strategy produced 60+ points, including a 30+ point break level long and a 30-point backside short. Full members who have not studied the Reversal Box training should go do that.
What is a lotto runner?
A: A lotto runner is the piece of a winning position you keep alive after locking in your base profit. With the stop protected, the risk is gone... the runner simply rides for a bigger payout. In this session, the Battle Plan 2 short was taken early in the night, profits were peeled along the way, and the lotto runner was held behind a level all the way to a 40-point capture. Successful trading is mostly... waiting. The lotto runner is that patience, applied to your exit.
MICROS TRADER BASICS
The Lotto Runner
The Lotto Runner is Micros Trader's term for the third contract in the Three Contract System... the one held at break-even after initial profits are secured. With the stop moved to entry, the position carries zero risk. The only question is how far it runs.
Lotto Runners are how Micros Trader traders participate in 100-point-plus moves without giving back what they already made. Members trail the stop behind structure and Strong Levels, letting the market decide how far the runner goes. The system is built to produce consistent base profits on the first two contracts while keeping one contract alive for the occasional large winner.
