ES & MES FUTURES TRADE PLAN #354
TODAY'S REVIEW: ES FUTURES
Battle Plan 3️⃣ ES Long
We traded this entry live on Zoom and YouTube.
If you watch the AM Briefing, I remarked that if price reclaimed these levels it would be a long.
๐ฅ 20+ Point ES Long Set Up
Battle Plan 4️⃣ ES Short
For the "aggressive", this offered a beautiful entry short.
๐ฅ 20+ Point Battle Plan 4️⃣ Short
Tip of the Day
Typically the afternoon before big earnings is rarely worth watching or trying to trade.

COMMON QUESTIONS FOR ES FUTURES TRADERS
What is a Strong Level in ES futures trading?
A: A Strong Level is a proprietary weekly support and resistance level for the ES and MES. It marks an area where price is likely to react... sometimes a quick touch-and-go trade, sometimes a reclaim with real follow-through. Strong Levels act like magnets for price, and they anchor both the Battle Plan and the Core Strategy. Wait for price to reach the level, then wait for your own confirmation. Patience pays here.
What is the Bull Bear Strong Level?
A: The Bull Bear Strong Level is the line in the sand between bullish and bearish control. Price holding above it favors the longs. Price rejecting below it favors the shorts. In this Battle Plan it shows up twice... an add-on long location that gets us above the line, and a possible short at the launch for the aggressive traders only.
What is the Core Strategy?
A: The Core Strategy is the rules-based trading system for Full Members, built around how price interacts with Strong Levels. It runs alongside the Battle Plan setups published each session. This week it delivered a long worth 20 to 30 points... proof that a simple, repeatable process beats guessing every time.
What does Stand Down mean?
A: Stand Down means step aside and do nothing. Sometimes the best trade is no trade at all... FLAT as a TRADE. In this plan, if the short at 7532 hits with violence, stand out of the way. No knife-catch longs. Let the move exhaust itself, then reassess with a clear head.
Why is 7532 a tricky level in this Battle Plan?
A: 7532 is pivotal for both Battle Plan 3 and Battle Plan 4. It sits right where the long setup and the short setup overlap, so it can act as support one minute and a collapse trigger the next. If price breaks it with violence, do not try to catch the knife going long. Stand Down and let it play out.
MICROS TRADER BASICS
Strong Levels
Strong Levels are Micros Trader's proprietary weekly support and resistance levels for the ES and MES. They identify areas where price is likely to react... either as a touch-and-go trade or a level reclaim with follow-through. Strong Levels act as magnets for price and are a core component of both the Battle Plan and the Core Strategy system.
Members receive Strong Levels through the Battle Plan Indicator on TradingView, updated weekly. Understanding how price interacts with Strong Levels, and how to wait patiently for those interactions, is foundational to the Micros Trader system.
