ES & MES Futures Trade Plan #360
Battle Plan
Where To Go Long... Where To Go Short.
ES & MES FUTURES TRADE PLAN #360
TODAY'S REVIEW: ES FUTURES
Last Night's Warning:
Last night I wrote, "Never short a short covering rally!"
And… "With all of your might, hold a Lotto Runner."
One warning. One encouragement. Both paid today.
EOD Chart: Old School
Today is the type of day where our system shines like a bright light in the darkness.
The Battle Plan trade ideas illuminated the path for this beautiful short covering move.
Short covering moves are my jam. They are what I do best.
I hope you played long only... or... just studied the entries, exits, and holding runners.
OLD SCHOOL HOMEWORK: Today would be a great day to convert your chart background to white. Print out your chart, sit down with pencil and eraser. Mark up your chart by hand.
Yes. Seriously.
Do it.
Post a picture of you doing it!
I have a special "Print Setting" for my chart. I would be happy to go over that tomorrow if anyone asks me.
It will print out beautifully on a laser printer.
You might have to print out three pages. Use scissors and tape to piece them together for one big chart.
Grab your favorite beverage. Some markers, some pens, some pencils, some erasers, and mark up your chart!
TIP: Because the Strong Levels are white, you need to draw them in with a black line - OR - go into the inputs of the indicator and change the color from white to black!
Two 100-Pointers TODAY!
The opening and overnight offered several fantastic "slap-your-mama-in-the-face" opportunities!
๐ฅ 140+ Point Battle Plan 3️⃣ Long… for the fast and aggressive.
๐ฅ 100-Point Battle Plan 2️⃣ Long for the "early risers"… this one hit during the London session.
๐ฅ 50-Point Battle Plan 1️⃣ Long
Multiple traders making deposits last night… great job, traders.
RTH ES Live Trading Room
For those long last night, you were encouraged to "hold a runner" and keep your lotto-runner behind "protection layers" to ride this move up for as long as possible… with the ultimate goal of hitting the Bull Bear line!
During the Zoom and YouTube Live Stream…
๐ฅ 20-Pointer Battle Plan 1️⃣ Long.
Beautiful entry and exit as outlined in the Battle Plan and live on Zoom.
Lots of winning traders… off the top of my head… Congrats Ven, Paul, Casey, Scott, Jake!
100-Pointer MES Long Trade Setup
๐ฅ 140-Point MES Long with Battle Plan 3️⃣ Trade Setup
I held my runner as shown in the ES Live Trading Room.
That protected me well.
Battle Plan 1️⃣ ES Long Trade Setup: Part 1
As traded live on Zoom and YouTube.
Battle Plan 1️⃣ ES Long Trade Setup: Part 2
As traded live on Zoom and YouTube.
๐ฅ 50-Pointer Battle Plan 1️⃣ for the aggressive who took it a second time.
Hold That Runner
We tend to get one or two trades that move 100+ points.
Rarely does it happen on back-to-back days… but it did this week.
How far will price go?
I never know.
You never know.
Hold anyway!
You are already in a winning trade… stay in it with all your might.
In last night's Battle Plan I wrote, "With all of your might, hold a Lotto Runner."
Looking for Trades in All the Right Locations
That is the entire purpose of the Battle Plan… looking for the right trades in the right trade locations. If we can keep doing that, the odds of our success dramatically increase.
Thank you for being a member.
We did good today!
Tip of the Day
A Prison Tattoo:
This is a GREAT day to replay the night/day session candle-by-candle.
Watch where price respected the levels… our Battle Plan mappings… and how you could have held a runner playing perfect chess.
Burn those lessons into your memory. That is one of the major benefits of showing up on Zoom over and over and over… I will burn this stuff into the cortex of your mind like a prison tattoo.

Trader's Homework
“The true test of a man’s character is what he does when no one is watching.” - John Wooden
When Tim saw the homework simulator he remarked, “This hits so many things simultaneously: review, accountability, feedback, consensus/agreement on levels and their tradability.”

Scoreboard
Points Accumulated This Week:
Battle Plan: 325+
๐ฅ 140+Point Battle Plan 3️⃣ Long... for the fast and aggressive.
๐ฅ 100-Point Battle Plan 2️⃣ Long for the "early risers" as this happened during the London session.
๐ฅ 50-Point Battle Plan 1️⃣ Long if you traded it twice today. Study it.
Zoom: 45+
๐ฅ 10 to 20-points from Battle Plan 1️⃣.
Points acquired during the Zoom do not accurately reflect their value... But it is what we traded live.
Core Strategy: 40+ (Full Members)
The Core Strategy rules kept you out of dangerous price action all week… so today counted as its first official trading day. That right there is the system doing its job!
And what a first day… I spy a backside long for 40 plus points.
No time tonight for a detailed Core Strategy breakdown… so do your end of the day charts and study that entry.

COMMON QUESTIONS FOR ES FUTURES TRADERS
What is the Battle Plan for ES and MES futures?
A: The Battle Plan is a nightly trade plan that maps out where to go long and where to go short before the session begins. It marks the key price levels where trades set up, so you are looking for the right trades in the right trade locations. When you keep doing that, the odds of your success dramatically increase. Together We Trade Better!
What is a Strong Level?
A: A Strong Level is a key price level where the market has proven it will react… a spot where buyers or sellers have defended price before. The Battle Plan maps these levels in advance so you can plan entries, exits, and stop placement around them instead of chasing price in the middle of nowhere.
What is a Lotto Runner and why hold one?
A: A Lotto Runner is a small piece of a winning trade you keep on after taking profits… protected behind stops, riding for a bigger move. How far will price go? I never know. You never know. Hold anyway! You are already in a winning trade… stay in it with all your might. This week that patience paid with moves of 100 plus points.
Why should you never short a short covering rally?
A: A short covering rally happens when trapped short sellers are forced to buy back their positions… and that forced buying fuels the move higher, fast. Fading it puts you in front of a stampede. Stay long, or stand aside and study. Shorting into that pressure is how traders get run over.
What is the Core Strategy?
A: The Core Strategy is a rules-based system for Full Members that tells you when to trade and when to stay out. This week those rules kept traders out of dangerous price action for days… then gave the green light and delivered a backside long worth 40 plus points on its first official trading day. That is the system doing its job.
