Strong Levels: The Weekly Key Levels That Drive ES Futures

Every weekend, George maps the most important levels for the week ahead and publishes them Sunday night. All week long, price travels from one Strong Level to the next… and reacts when it arrives.

From the free MicrosTrader Trading Library… 140 lessons mined from 1,042 live ES and MES futures sessions taught since 2018.

Strong Levels are the weekly key levels George publishes for the ES E-mini futures chart… the horizontal prices he believes matter most for the coming week. He draws them over the weekend from high time frame structure, delivers them Sunday night as an indicator for his members, and rarely touches them again until the next weekend. They mark where price gets attracted, where it battles, and where it bounces.

This page gathers everything George teaches about Strong Levels across years of live ES and MES micro futures sessions… what they are, how the weekend drawing process works, how price moves level-to-level, how to trade them, and the one warning he repeats every time: never trade them blindly.

“"I publish our Strong Levels, which to me are the most important levels going into the week."”

From George’s published record: Micros Trade Plan #334 — a 90-point move, mapped in advance.

Drawn Over the Weekend, Published Sunday Night

Strong Levels come from work most traders never see. Between Friday's close and Sunday's open, George studies the ES chart… high time frame structure, market profile, the levels price has already proven it respects. The full routine gets its own page in Sunday Chart Prep.

Once published, they stay put. That stability matters. A level that moves every day teaches you nothing… "these are the levels that I think are going to be the most significant this week. Rarely do I update them during the week" (October 23, 2024). He keeps the Strong Levels on his own chart and clears away the noise: "I keep the Strong Levels on my chart, but I don't care about any other level that might be on my chart" (November 9, 2025).

“"These horizontal lines you see here are called our Strong Levels."”
