ES & MES FUTURES TRADE PLAN #377
TODAY'S REVIEW: ES FUTURES
Battle Plan 3️⃣ | ES Long Setup
If you are an international member or burning the midnight oil, this trade offered a beautiful entry at the apex and then a very nice ladder back up.
I discussed this entry and trade management in the AM Briefing. Time-stamped link.
ES Live Trading Room on Zoom
Live on Zoom and YouTube, we called a long from 65-61 that ran 10-points. Nothing to write home to momma about, but it was a clean trade.
I did not take this trade… I was hoping price made it down to Battle Plan 4️⃣ or Battle Plan 5️⃣ today.
Then we outlined a short from 7670 to 7650… with additional targets at 7640 and 7630.
Although the short idea was spot on, entry was difficult… to say the least. One had to be aggressive. Price ran 12-points or so.
In the afternoon, we got another crack at it. I DID take this trade. Break even for me. Oh well. Back to waiting.
For those reading the Battle Plan, if this entry presented itself again tonight, I would probably take it! This is not an official Battle Plan trade, however.
My eyeballs were on Battle Plan 4️⃣ and Battle Plan 5️⃣ per the AM Briefing.
Strong Level
What an absolutely beautiful Strong Range we mapped out.

Scoreboard
Points Accumulated This Week:
Battle Plan: 10+
๐ฅ 10-15 Point Battle Plan 3️⃣ ES Long.
Zoom: 10+
Long as discussed above.
Core Strategy: 18+ (For Full Members)
Legit 3M BS that was a flat out loser IF you were willing to take the 13-point stop loss! So, do you count a trade a loser if the ideal stop loss is 11-points away? Price bounced 1.5 points, but that was it!
I spot another BS that went 20+ points but the stop loss was 10-points away.
I spy a FS that went 18-points.
Level development in August has just been... "hardly at all".

COMMON QUESTIONS FOR ES FUTURES TRADERS
What is a Battle Plan in ES futures trading?
A: The Battle Plan is a daily trade map for ES and MES futures. It marks the exact price levels where longs and shorts set up before the session ever opens… where to go long, where to go short. Each numbered setup comes with a location, a direction, and notes on how aggressive the trade management should be. You wait for price to come to your level. Then you act.
What is a Strong Level?
A: A Strong Level is a price zone where the market has proven it will react… a level that has been defended, retested, and respected. Mapped together, these form a Strong Range that frames the session. Traders use the Strong Range to time entries, like the continuation long in this Battle Plan. Price talks at these levels. Your job is to listen.
What is the Bull Bear Strong Level?
A: The Bull Bear Strong Level is the line in the sand that separates bullish control from bearish control. Above it, bulls hold the reins. Below it, bears take over. In this Battle Plan, the short idea comes from a rejection at the Bull Bear line and the established range… the odds say price will not break into the range on the very first attempt. That first rejection is the trade, and it is for aggressive traders who like shorts.
What is the Core Strategy?
A: The Core Strategy is the full system taught to Micros Trader Full Members. It builds trades around developed levels with defined entries and defined stop losses… some setups this week carried stops of 10 to 13 points, which forces an honest question about whether a trade counts as a loser if you never accept the full risk. The Scoreboard tracks Core Strategy points separately from Battle Plan and Zoom trades so members see exactly what each approach produced.
What does the Tip of the Day mean by "Trade What's Happening"?
A: The chart doesn't care what you want. Trade the price action in front of you, never the story in your head. If you came in wanting a short and price keeps laddering higher, your opinion is costing you money. Read what the market is actually doing at your levels… then trade that. Nothing else.
