You Are the Pilot, I Am the Navigator

Start with the picture George returns to more than any other. Think of the old F-14. Two seats. The pilot up front flies the plane and pulls the trigger. The navigator sits behind, calling out hazards, other aircraft, terrain. That back seat is George.

Notice what the navigator never does. He does not grab the stick. He calls the terrain and trusts the pilot to fly. Every day George lays out where he wants to go long, where he wants to short, where you need to be careful, and which ideas look strongest… "That's my entire goal as the leader of the group is giving these larger visions on the chart" (June 23, 2026). The larger vision is his. The trade is yours.
