ES & MES FUTURES TRADE PLAN #392
TODAY'S REVIEW: ES FUTURES
Battle Plan 3️⃣ | ES Long Setup
🔥 Delivered as mapped.
Base hits add up.
Battle Plan 4️⃣ | ES Long | Best ES Setup for Futures Traders
Price did not drop into the drop zone. It bounced right off the Strong Level… the ideal trade entry location… for a beautiful 50-point move.
Luckily, I caught a piece of the laddering up sequence for a beautiful entry.
ES Live Trading Room
On Zoom, we talked about Range Rules… and what to do if a person took the short, like Laxmi did. We talked about stop placement and the perfect take profit. Congrats Laxmi!
Then we talked about the first ladder long at 7648 and securing a 10-point profit on the first push through the Strong Level. Price delivered a 10-pointer… but nothing more.
Unfortunately, I ran out of time to do a wrap-up video.
Tip of the Day
Over-Leverage Is Fool's Gold:
If the position size can blow the account, the position size is wrong. Full stop.
Oversized leverage glitters like a shortcut and ends careers like jumping off a cliff without a parachute.

🔥 30-50 Pointer | Battle Plan 4️⃣ for the aggressive who were up early. Range Rules Rule.
Zoom: 30+
🔥 10-Point Long called live.
Plus the amazing discussion of Range Rules... the possible short at the top of the range, stop loss management on the down move, and take profit directives as we neared the bottom of the range.
Core Strategy: 30+ (For Full Members)
Very difficult level development.
The only plays were longs near the bottom of the range... Unless you were aggressive and took the Range Rules short near the open.

COMMON QUESTIONS FOR ES FUTURES TRADERS
What is a Strong Level in the Battle Plan?
A: A Strong Level is a price zone on the ES chart where buyers or sellers have defended hard before... and are likely to do it again. In this Battle Plan, price bounced right off a Strong Level for a 50-point move. That is the ideal trade entry location. Let price ladder back above the Strong Level before you commit. Do not guess where it will hold. Wait for it to prove it.
What does Stand Down mean when the market is falling fast?
A: Stand Down means you stop trading and sit on your hands. Flat is a position. If we lose Battle Plan 3 and price starts vomiting down with a vengeance, no one needs to be a hero looking for the first long. A collapse like that punishes early buyers. Wait for the market to settle... then look for a laddering back sequence using the Strong Levels to aid in entry.
What is knife catching, and why does the Battle Plan say no?
A: Knife catching is buying into a sharp, fast drop hoping to nail the exact bottom. It feels brave. It usually just bleeds the account. This Battle Plan is clear... if we drop below Battle Plan 4, no knife catching. Let price fall, let it stabilize, then let it ladder back above a Strong Level. That laddering sequence is your signal, not the drop itself.
What is the Core Strategy and who gets it?
A: The Core Strategy is the deeper level development method reserved for Full Members. It builds on the Battle Plan by mapping where price is most likely to react across the session. This week the Core Strategy tallied 30 or more points, even though level development was very difficult. The only clean plays were longs near the bottom of the range... unless you were aggressive and took the Range Rules short near the open.
How should I trade on FOMC day?
A: Ask one question first... what does your trade plan say about trading on FOMC? Nothing else matters. The Fed rate decision hits at 2:00 PM with the press conference at 2:30 PM, and volatility can explode. This Battle Plan maps trades as if it will be a normal trading morning... but the afternoon belongs to the Fed. Respect your position size. If the position size can blow the account, the position size is wrong. Full stop.

Preparation is Power
The Battle Plan is built the night before... mapping strategies before the market opens, reducing emotional reactions. Trading with a plan helps you act with intention rather than react emotionally to price movements.
Every session begins with a plan already in place. That preparation is what keeps you on the right side of price action... and off the wrong side of it.
