The Flush and Reclaim: Trading the Retest Entry on Strong Levels

Let price flush under a Strong Level, reclaim it with a vengeance, and enter on the retest… George's favorite long trigger.

From the free MicrosTrader Trading Library… 140 lessons mined from 1,042 live ES and MES futures sessions taught since 2018.

The flush and reclaim. Price drops below a Strong Level, shakes out the weak longs beneath it, then snaps back above the level with energy. That reclaim is the trigger. You go long on the retest… the spot where the bulls have to defend. It is George's favorite long entry family in ES E-mini futures, and it beats parking a limit order at a level every time.

This page gathers everything George teaches about the reclaim entry across hundreds of hours of live ES and MES micro futures trading… why the flush matters, why he demands a snappy reclaim, how the trap works, and exactly where you enter once the level comes back.

“"I think the better trade is allow it to come in to one of these strong levels, and when it reclaims a strong level you want to get long."”

From George’s published record: ES & MES Futures Trade Plan #335 — a 20-point move, mapped in advance.

Reclaim First, Then Go Long

Here is the mistake most traders make. They see a Strong Level, drop a limit order on it, and hope. George works the other way. He waits for price to come into the level and prove itself first. The reclaim is the proof. Cross back over the level and that move itself is the long signal.

And once one level reclaims, watch for the next. George stacks these signals through a session. Every Strong Level price recaptures on the way up hands you a fresh long, whether or not you caught the first one.

“"The go back over to me represents a long. The go back over represents a long."”
