ES MES Futures Trading: Key Levels, Tips, Technical Analysis. Monday "AM Briefing"

Weekly Scripture

Philippians 2:3
"Do nothing out of rivalry or conceit, but in humility consider others as more important than yourselves."

Monday Reminders

  • We will be live each morning on Zoom for our mental training session 30 minutes before the market opens. A brand-new series starts today.
  • There’s a PDF download in the new channel where we’ll keep notes on future audio trainings.
  • 10 minutes before the market opens – map out our trades and prepare for the session.
  • Tomorrow, we’ll be switching contracts to trade the current one.
  • FOMC event on Wednesday – I plan to go live in the afternoon.
  • Options expiration is on Friday – another key trading day.
  • Make sure to like, subscribe, and hit the notification bell so you don’t miss any live updates.

Free Foundations Course

If you haven’t taken advantage of the free Foundations Course, go ahead and do so. Once you register, you’ll also receive a free Zoom pass via email. The course isn’t required, but if you sign up, I’ll send you access right away.

Trading Strategy & Performance

  • If you followed last week's setup, you would have had 14 winners, 0 losers, and 1 scratch – not too shabby!
  • Members learn three primary bounce levels and how to map them onto an End-of-the-Day Chart for precise trading.

Tip of the Day: Take Rest Seriously

When you step away from the charts, really step away. It’s something I’m working on this week, especially since my wife is home, and I want to spend more time with her. Proper rest ensures that when I return to the charts, I’m refreshed and ready to trade like a sniper.

Market Outlook & Key Events

  • This week is a Level 10 difficulty in terms of market-moving events.
  • Retail Sales data is coming out now – let’s see how it impacts the charts.
  • Contract rollover happens Tuesday.
  • Wednesday: FOMC event – Expect volatility.
  • Friday: Options expiration – another critical trading session.

Live Chart Analysis & Market Structure

  • Last night’s analysis:
    • Expected price to test a key level but missed it slightly at 3 AM.
    • If I were trading at that time, there was a solid opportunity.
  • Current market sentiment:
    • Bulls have short-term control – they’ve defended key levels.
    • Still in an upper distribution phase, trading above last week’s POC.
  • Key Technicals:
    • 0650 is an important halfback level.
    • Watching two trend lines: a 30-minute trend line and a parabolic trend line – price is currently testing them.
    • In the red zone, it’s usually better to look for shorts, while in the lower range, longs tend to work better.
  • Breakout Strategy:
    • Keep a runner contract in case the market makes a big breakout move.
    • Runner Management System ensures you don’t have to guess – you’ll already be in the trade if it happens.

Final Thoughts

  • Trade the levels as they develop.
  • If it’s a three-contract system trade, keep one runner in case of a breakout.
  • Everyone leaving a comment below will likely have a 10-pointer today – so drop a comment!
  • Stay green, my friends!
