You Are a Risk Manager, Not a Profit-Maximizer

Start with the identity. Ask most new traders what they do and they'll say they hunt profit. Wrong seat. Your real job is managing risk. Profit is a byproduct of managing risk well. George frames the whole trade around one recurring question… is the reward worth what you're about to put on the line?

See how that reframes a decision? He's asking whether the profit already banked is worth putting back at risk.
